The Journey
I fell into combat sports over ten years ago, right here in Aberdeen. Back then I just wanted to learn how to handle myself. What I found was something bigger. Discipline. Respect. The feeling of pushing past what you thought you could do.
I trained under some of Scotland's best coaches, got my hands dirty competing, and somewhere along the way realised the real buzz wasn't winning for myself. It was watching someone else find their strength for the first time.
That's what Mark Coaching is about. I don't care if you've never thrown a punch or you're gearing up for a fight. If you're willing to put the work in, I'll be right there with you. No egos. No shortcuts. Just honest graft that gets results.
I mix old school technique with modern training because both matter. We build from the foundations up. Solid basics, proper conditioning, and the mental edge that turns a decent fighter into a good one.
