The Journey
I started training in Ukraine when I was four years old, beginning with karate. From there, I explored new disciplines: boxing, freestyle wrestling, kickboxing. I competed in all of them, testing myself and learning what worked.
Eventually I found MMA, and that's where everything clicked. I've been practising MMA for over ten years now and I'm still at it. The learning never stops.
When I moved to Scotland, I competed in grappling a few more times, then shifted my focus to coaching. Along the way I trained at camps in some of the best gyms in Ukraine, Thailand, and Spain. Those experiences shaped how I teach today.
Now I bring all of that to Aberdeen. Whether you're just starting out or you've got fights under your belt, I'll work with you. No egos. No shortcuts. Just proper training that gets results.

Everyone Can Fight
Combat sports aren't just for athletes. With the right guidance, anyone can develop fighting skills, improve fitness, and build confidence.
Technique Over Strength
Raw power only gets you so far. I focus on teaching proper technique that allows you to maximize efficiency and minimize injury risk.
